Red Sox Kiss Avian Sisters, Tie Orioles In 10, 3-3

One of the little peculiarities of Spring Training is that both teams can just agree to go home after being tied in extra innings. How quaint. That happened today as the Red Sox and Orioles ended up in a 3-3 tie after ten innings. Both teams were skunked in the shootout. Actually, Boston had surged to a 3-1 lead in the top of the 10th, but a two-run jack by the immortal Ryan Flaherty knotted things again in the bottom of the frame. That's it. Kiss your sister. Head out for an Early Bird special.
