From time to time, we take you into the FenwayNation "Way-Back-Machine" to show you what we were covering in the past. Just shy of five years ago (September 13, 2013), we celebrated a Jarrod Saltalamacchia grand-slam that helped beat The Evil Ones 8-4 at Fenway. John Lackey had blown a 4-0 Red Sox advantage—although, as we know now, the righty went on to pitch great in that soon-to-be post-season.  Junichi Tazawa and Koji Uehara came on late to preserve the victory over The Bronx Embalmers. The win reduced Boston's Magic Number to clinch the 2013 American League East crown to just seven. Of course, the Red Sox not only ultimately captured the division, but rolled on to their eighth World Series Championship in an emotional year that gave new meaning to the phrase, 'Boston Strong'.
