Some of the finest restaurants in Boston's famous
North End will
donate the proceeds of a particular dish to the Italian Red Cross for that country's earthquake relief effort. The restaurants are:
Ducali,
Il Molo,
Lucia Ristorante,
Mare,
Nebo,
Nico,
Strega Ristorante, and
Trattoria il Panino. The dish featured is
bucatini all’amatriciana—a traditional dish from the town (Amatrice) hardest hit by the 6.2 magnitude quake. The offer is good through Labor Day—so go enjoy and do some good at the same time!
