Rick Porcello turned in another solid performance (his
third win of the young season)—going seven innings and yielding just three earned runs—in
Boston's 7-3 triumph over Tampa. On the offensive side,
David Ortiz knocked in three runs with a pair of RBI doubles and
Mookie Betts homered, scored three and knocked in two.
Xander Bogaerts and
Chris Young each had RBIs as well. On the down side,
Bogie left the game with a strained quad and is questionable going forward. Stay tuned!
