Bradley, Jr. Stands Out In 7-4 Red Sox Loss To Twinkies

It means nothing, of course, so a 7-4 Red Sox defeat is certainly not the end of the world. And, on the bright side, Jackie Bradley, Jr. logged two hits and made a spectacular running grab in the left-center field gap. Also, lefty starter  Henry Owens—although struggling with control—hurled two scoreless innings, while striking out five. So, all-in-all not a bad day at jetBlue Park. Tomorrow night, The Carmine Hose hit the road (actually they only travel a few blocks) to visit the Twinkies home park on the other side of Fort Myers. Rick Porcello will get the nod. Rusney Castillo will also make his first Grapefruit League appearance on Thursday—along with first-base prospect Sam Travis.
