Guerrero With Manny |
Pedro Guerrero, one of the first MLB stars from San Pedro de Macoris in the Dominican Republic, is fighting for his life in a New York City hospital. Guerrero, who played for both the Dodgers and Cardinals, was the co-MVP of the 1981 World Series playing for Los Angeles.
He suffered a brain hemorrhage Monday night and is currently in critical condition. All fans of baseball send out our best wishes for his speedy recovery.
