Red Sox Gag Away Home Field With Dismal 1-5 Finish

(AP Photo)
They were on a roll before Craig Kimbrel's Tuesday night meltdown in NY. They have gone 1-5 over their last six games to hand ALDS home field advantage to Tito's Tribe. A crappy way to end a great season. Tonight, it was a dismal 2-1 loss that marred the final regular season game of David Ortiz's career. Fans could only cheer a Hanley Ramirez Fisk Pole HR—and a decent outing by David Price. So, put 2016 into the record book, take three days off and head to The Mistake On The Lake for Game One of the ALDS on Thursday.
