The Blue Jays Are Throwing Their Starting Iron At Sox

In case you didn't think this week-end's SkyDome match-up was important to our northern brethren, just check out the Blue Jays' scheduled starters. Toronto will throw the cream of their rotation at Boston starting on Friday: Marco Estrada, J.A. Happ and Aaron Sanchez. The Carmine Hose will counter with: Rick Porcello, Eduardo Rodriguez and Drew Pomeranz. All three Sox starters have thrown well lately—with Porcello the true ace of the 2016 staff. But, throwing two lefties doesn't necessarily help Boston's cause—as the Jays hit nine points better against southpaws (.257 vs. .248 against RHP). Anyway, all three of these games will be very tough match-ups for Boston. Get ready!
