Swihart 'Immobilized' For Two Weeks With Ankle Sprain

It turns out that Blake Swihart won't even be able to walk for two weeks after seeing a foot specialist on Sunday. The left-fielder/catcher was ordered to immobilize his severely sprained left ankle before even attempting rehab. With Swihart out, Brock Holt pursuing further concussion treatments and Rusney Castillo in the doghouse, Boston may be in the market for another outfielder to supplement Chris Young in LF. Stay tuned.
