Might Makes 'Wright': Red Sox Go Yard Thrice, Win, 7-2

Can we at least agree that Steven Wright is 'Ace-1A"? The Red Sox knuckle-baller delivered his third complete game of the year today in a 7-2 drubbing of the Baltimore Orioles. The Carmine Hose hit three home-runs in the back-(Camden)-yard of a classic home-run-hitting team. David Ortiz, Jackie Bradley, Jr. and Marco ('Don't Call Me Little Marco') Hernandez all went deep—with Hernandez's three-run shot pretty much sealing the deal. Xander Bogaerts (2-4) extended his hitting streak to 23 games in the win and both Mookie Betts (2 hits) and Blake Swihart (3 hits) also had multi-hit games. The win widened Boston's AL East lead to two full games.
