Joe Kelly Pitches Well In Fifth Straight Red Sox Loss

Do you want the good news or the bad news? Bad, of course (we're Red Sox fans!). Today, Boston lost their fifth straight Grapefruit League contest—falling 3-1 to the Pittsburgh Pirates. On the positive end, Joe Kelly pitched four sharp innings—giving up no earned runs and striking out three. On top of that, Pablo Sandoval hit his first HR of the Spring—and also collected another hit. The Carmine Hose, once again, failed to cash in with multiple base-runners—leaving nine men on base. They are now 5-8 on the Spring.
