Fittingly, the 10-game road-trip ends at 5-5. Let's face it, sports fans, this is a .500 ballclub—
at best. Today, the offense managed just five hits—
two by
Brock Holt—leaving six runners on the basepaths in
a 5-0 loss. The pitching was back to its mediocre self—although
Steven "No, I'm Not That Steven" Wright gave up just two earned runs in five innings. Nothing much more can be said about this game, except that it's demonstrative of the lack of consistency on this team.
