On Tuesday,
we offered our predictions for the five most likely Red Sox players to no longer be Red Sox player this afternoon. Not to toot our horn or anything (
ahem!), but we were
correct on four out of the five picks:
Jonny Gomes,
Andrew Miller,
Stephen Drew and
Jon Lester. Only
David Ross from our list escaped
The Great Fenway Park Rapture of 2014. It's OK, you can applaud. Of course, some deals are announced
after the official trade deadline, so we're still holding out the possibility of going five for five.
