Striewski, Dell, Erdahl |
Our long
National Nightmare is over. NESN (
America's Most Over-Rated Regional Sports Network) has announced that
they have finally named a replacement for the departed Jenny Dell. And the winner is:
Gary Striewski! HUH???? The guy is a more than adequate sideline reporter, but we have to admit we are disappointed. We think
Jamie Erdahl would have been a
much better choice—although it seems she wasn't really given a decent shot at the job. Add this decision to a slew of bad choices made by NESN over the last several years—not the least of which is the lack of
Super Slow-Mo capability on their baseball broadcasts (which
every other regional baseball network has).
Bad NESN, no biscuit!
