The Kansas City Royals have acquired Pedro Ciriaco off waivers from the San Diego Padres. Ciriaco will be assigned to the Royals AAA farm club. Pedro was a Yankee-Killer for Boston in 2012—and ended up hitting .293 overall for the Carmine Hose that year with 16 steals. We wish him all the best with his new team.
