Sign Of Apocalypse: Jay-Z Now A Player Agent

Boras' Competition
If Bill Murray was here, he'd be warning us about 'cats and dogs living together'. Word out of New York (where else?) is that so-called entertainer Jay-Z is now a baseball agent—and is soon to be one for basketball and football as well! I'm sure our FenwayNation Youth Board members will be impressed by this news, but, honestly, your humble Editor-In-Chief couldn't identify a Jay-Z song if a SHAZAM App smacked me in the face with it. Of course, Jay-Z's first client will be an Evil One—the 'Soon-To-Be Departed From Gotham' Robinson Cano. The only good news in this story is that Cano left Scott Boras to move to Jay-Z's Creative Artists Agency unit (called Roc Nation Sports). Said Jay-Z, "Because of my love of sports, it was a natural progression to form a company where we can help top athletes in various sports the same way we have been helping artists in the music industry for years." We're speechless.
