PawSox Papi |
In his first rehabilitation start in Pawtucket,
David Ortiz went 2 for 3 with two singles. He looked fairly comfortable on the base paths as well. Assuming no setbacks, the Red Sox would like Ortiz to get around 20 more at-bats at the AAA level before putting him back on the big club's active roster. The latest projection for his return would be April 19th. As a side note,
Jose Iglesias hit a two-run homer in the same PawSox game.
