Rick Peterson will interview for the vacant Red Sox pitching coach job in the near future. Peterson is at once controversial and well-respected in the pitching community. As a pitching coach for Oakland, Milwaukee and the Mets, he has the big-league level experience needed for the job. As Orioles' Director of Pitching Development in 2012, he was credited with turning around both the young and old pitching talent that helped Baltimore contend.
