Schilling Lost $50M In Failed 38 Studios Firm

Former Sox Hero Curt Schilling
In an interview today on the Dennis & Callahan Morning Show on WEEI 93.7FM, Curt Schilling said that he put $50 million of his own money into 38 Studios—and lost it all. He also stated that he never took a penny in salary from the bankrupt video software company he founded. Schilling spent an hour and a half on the air, answering questions from callers and attempting to explain how his company—with $110 million at its disposal and a highly successful product—was unable to make ends meet. Curt should be given credit for facing the music on live talk radio. Of course, right or wrong, he will never be given the benefit of the doubt in Massachusetts due to his personal political views.
