Dice-K's WBC Manager Mired In Major Scandal

Hara And Dice-K In 2009
Remember when tonight's Red Sox starter, Daisuke Matsuzaka, returned from the 2009 World Baseball Classic—you know, the one where he won his second consecutive MVP? Almost immediately, he stunk it up for Boston and went on a long injury road that ultimately led to Tommy John surgery. At the time, the Red Sox were annoyed at the lack of communication between the team and the Japanese manager, Tatsunori Hara. The Sox claimed that Dice-K was grossly overworked in the WBC and his ineffectiveness was the result. Well, now, Hara is enmeshed in a major sex and bribery scandal in Japan. The manager of the Yomiuri Giants (the so-called 'Yankees of Japan') is charged with paying $1.3 million dollars to shady characters to shred the steamy diary of his mistress. The straight-laced Hara is being humiliated by the uproar, and his status with the team is in doubt. What goes around comes around? How do you say that in Japanese?
