According to CSNNE,
the Red Sox will add budding superstar third baseman Will Middlebrooks to the major league roster today. It's still not clear whether Kevin Youkilis will be placed on the DL or if Jose Iglesias (just up for a small decaf cup of coffee) will turn around and be sent back to Pawtucket.
This flurry of transactions could still be augmented by whatever happens to Aaron Cook. Confused? Hang in there.
