Mariners Somehow Manage To Ruin Best Ballpark In Baseball With Pink Tinge

Ugh!
In our humble opinion, Seattle's baseball park (formerly Safeco Field) was, by far, the best in the sport. Brilliantly melding 'old-timey' ambiance with modern amenities, Safeco gave fans an uncluttered, unobstructed  (can you hear us, John Henry?) view of the greatest of all games. Now, however, the Mariners have sold their souls to a new corporate stadium partner—'adorning' their beautiful park in an ugly magenta hue. T-Mobile Park will emit an offensive pink aura across the otherwise wonderful downtown Seattle streetscape. I guess we should be grateful to our NOG (New Ownership Group) for at least not offering up the "naming rights" to Fenway Park. Can you imagine the obscenity of—say—iRobot Field At Fenway Park or Fidelity Field At Fenway? Yikes! Thank you for that at least, Mr. Henry!
