Evil Ones Take "Chance" On Pitching Prospect Adams In MLB Debut Saturday

According to The New York Post's Joel Sherman, the Yankees will start Chance Adams on Saturday at Fenway—marking the prospect's major-league debut. Originally, J.A. Happ was the scheduled Saturday starter until he went on the disabled list. Then, Luis Cessa was set to step-in, until he pitched multiple innings in last night's blowout. So, Adams is the guy for The Pinstriped Posers. The right-hander, who will turn 24 years-old a week from today, has gone 3-5 with a 4.50 ERA through 21 starts at AAA this year. Opposing him on the mound Saturday for the Red Sox will be flame-thrower (and former Yankee) Nathan Eovaldi. In his only start since joining The Carmine Hose, Eovaldi tossed seven shutout innings—giving up just four hits and striking out five. Good luck, buddy, take a "chance"!
