Ken Rosenthal, Astros bench coach (and former Red Sox infielder)
Alex Cora is the top choice of Dave Dombrowski to be the next manager of
The Carmine Hose. While several candidates remain to be interviewed, it's not surprising that Cora is regarded highly. Even as a player here in Boston, he was viewed as a cerebral guy who would one day ascend to a managerial role. Other names mentioned in the managerial mix are:
