Thanks to the efforts of thousands of people across Red Sox Nation, the
2017 WEEI/NESN Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon raised
$3,937,229 to help strike out cancer. The funds were raised over just a two-day period. Since 2002, this event alone has raised more than
$49,000,000.
The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute helps so many people—people like the adorable
Hannah Wertens. Hannah bravely gave a stirring rendition of
"God Bless America" during the seventh-inning stretch at Fenway on Tuesday night. She electrified the crowd—and rightly so. Please give all you can to this incredibly worthy cause known as the
