Former Red Sox DH Don Baylor Passes Away At Age 68

Don Baylor, who played two years for the Red Sox, passed away today at the age of 68. Baylor played a total of 19 seasons for six different American League teams. In 1986, Baylor was part of Boston's American League Championship team—hitting .346 in the storied ALCS win over one of his former teams, the California Angels. Baylor played in a total of 268 games for The Carmine Hose—mostly at DH. He was diagnosed with multiple myeloma 14 years ago.
