Red Sox RP Target Nehsek Dealt To Colorado Rockies

(AP Photo)
You won't see relief pitcher Pat Nehsek clapping for David Price's insults on Red Sox team flights. Not because he wouldn't applaud, it's just that he's been traded to the Colorado Rockies. Neshsek, strongly rumored to be coming to Boston as the eight-inning set-up guy for Craig Kimbrel is enjoying a terrific season. For the abysmal Phillies, Nehsek is 3-2 with a 1.12 ERA in 43 relief outings. Presumably, Dave Dombrowski was outbid by the Rockies—but, hopefully, he's still seeking another bullpen arm at the Trade Deadline (now just four days and about four hours away).
