Major League Baseball is considering a plan to allow
umpiring crew chiefs to wear microphones to explain replay rulings. One
proposed schedule would start the process at this year's All-Star Game, refine it for the balance of the season, and implement it fully in the 2017 post-season. Red Sox pitcher
David Price is not convinced that the new plan will speed up the game any,
