Boston Has Second Most Costly Ballpark Area Housing

(FenwayNation Photo)
Not that you really had to be told this, but Boston is the second most expensive place to own housing near an MLB ballpark. The website Estately.com came up with the list which claims that a fan buying a home near Fenway Park needs to shell out $799,000. That's second only to a San Francisco Giants fan who would need $1,197,000 to fetch an abode within walking distance of AT&T Park. If you really want to commute to your ballgames, move to Kansas City—where a Royals fan can stroll to Kaufman Stadium for a mere $100,000 worth of housing. Then again, you have to live in Kansas City. Bad trade-off.
