Osvaldo Hernandez has been declared a free agent by Major League Baseball—and can now sign with any team he chooses. The 18-year-old fireballer (92-94 MPH) has at least seven clubs interested in him—including the Red Sox. However, since he is subject to international bonus pool restrictions, Boston cannot ink him until July 2nd. Stay tuned.
