Red Cross Sponsoring 'Day Of Remembrance' On 9/11

On September 11th, the American Red Cross, Boston Red Sox and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center are partnering to provide a blood donation opportunity to honor the memories of those who lost their lives in the 2001 terrorist attacks. The Day of Remembrance Blood Drive will take place on Sunday, Sept. 11 at Fenway Park. Here are the particulars: Fenway Park Gate D, Yawkey Way, Boston: Sunday, Sept.11th—7:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. All attendees can say 'hello' to Wally the Green Monster, snap photos with the World Series trophies and enjoy a cup of chowder, courtesy of Legal Sea Foods.
