FenwayNation Poll shows a divided readership on
exactly what to do with
Clay Buchholz in 2017. As the chart shows, a slim plurality (41%) want to exercise the team's $13.5 million option and
keep him on the Red Sox roster. Almost as many (37%) think the team should buy out his option for $500,000 and
send him on his merry way. And, almost one-quarter (22%) would rather exercise the $13.5 million team option and
