activated reliever Koji Uehara from the disabled list today and he'll be available to pitch on Tuesday. Many thought Uehara's July pectoral injury would shelve him for the entire season, so his return is a big boost to the Boston bullpen. Koji threw a simulated game on Saturday and came through in good health.
