Yoan Moncada, the 21-year-old phenom every other team wants in trade talks,
was named the MVP of the 2016 All-Star Futures Game. Moncada went 2-5—including a go-ahead 2-run HR for the victorious World Team. Said Moncada,
"I'm really happy with the game I had and how we all united as a team the entire game. This is the first time I've played in a big league stadium. This was a great experience for me to be part of the All-Star Game. In my future I see myself in the major leagues. That's my dream. We'll see if it's this year or the next. That's not something I can control." Let's hope sooner rather than later.
