Price, Xander, Kimbrel Propel Red Sox To 4-2 Victory

David Price was a bit shaky in the first inning, but went into "lock-down" mode from then on, to help Boston to a 4-2 win over Toronto—their fourth in five tries against the reining AL East Champs. Xander Bogaerts had the big blow for The Carmine Hose, smiting a three-run HR into the Monster Seats to gain a lead Boston never relinquished. The bullpen again performed like clockwork. After Price went seven solid innings (9 Ks, no BBs), Koji Uehara took care of the eighth and Craig Kimbrel mopped up things for his fourth save in the ninth. Travis Shaw continued his career-long torment of the Blue Jays by going 2-4 with an RBI.
