Pablo Sandoval's "conditioning" program had this interesting tidbit:
"He's worked extremely hard. In fact, a couple times a day he's been doing his workouts. So he's got a great attitude and approach. He's in solid shape. Good shape for him." Yikes! Apparently,

Allard Baird this offseason, and appears to be bringing his weight down to reasonable levels. But, will a more "svelte" body allow him to justify his five-year, $95 million deal? We shall see.
