Jackie Bradley, Jr. is officially on fire. The Red Sox RF went 4-4 today—including a 2-run HR and 4 RBIs—in an 11-4 rout of the first-place Blue Jays. Hitting below the Mendoza Line just a few weeks ago, JBJ is now batting .312—not bad for a #9 hitter! Mookie Betts had three hits and an RBI, while multiple hit games also came from: David Ortiz (2-4, RBI); Travis Shaw (2-5, 2 RBIs); Rusney Castillo (2-4, 2 RBIs). Xander Bogaerts also knocking in two runs. Rick Porcello got his seventh win of the year—going 7.1 innings and giving up four earned runs (two of which were plated as "inherited runners" by Noe Ramirez). All in all, another enjoyable win paced by the kids. Boston moves to seven games under .500 and is now in a tie for fourth place with the Orioles.
