The Carmine Hose to finish third in the AL East. Strange. He seems overly obsessed with the potential pitfalls facing the team—the age of
David Ortiz, the health of
Dustin Pedroia, the defensive challenges of
Hanley Ramirez, and
The Mediocre Mounders in the rotation. Certainly all of those negatives
could combine to destroy any post-season chances, but it's unlikely that
all of them will befall this team. Honestly, even without an ace on the mound, it's hard to see who in the AL East is better than Boston—let alone
two teams being better. We shall see.
