It might be for just one day, but third-base prospect
Garin Cecchini will join the Red Sox on Sunday—replacing reliever
Alex Wilson on the roster. More than likely, Cecchini will be sent back down to AAA once
Stephen Drew is activated on Monday. Cecchini is hitting .278 so for this season at Pawtucket.
Daniel Nava was also optioned to AAA.
