While both MLB management and the players union
want a decision on
a new home plate collision rule, one has yet to be reached. With actual Spring Training games about 14 days away, there are no definitive guidelines for how runners or catchers should behave. Clearly, coaches aren't able to train players in the new rules—since they don't yet exist. What the heck is
