John Farrell has seen fit to start
Stephen Drew against the lefty and play
Will Middlebrooks at third.
Mike Napoli is in again at first and
Jarrod Saltalamacchia will do the catching for
Felix Doubront. In fairness, Drew is one of the hottest Red Sox hitters in August—tied with
Jonny Gomes for the team lead in RBIs for the month (14). Drew is also hitting .309 in August.
