One member of the legal team representing
Alex Rodriguez told WFAN radio yesterday that
they will challenge the accusation that The Fraudulent One was a multiple PED offender. Said
David Cornwell,
"We are challenging that there are multiple violations of the (Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment) Program". Asked whether the A-Rod team tried to broker a deal with MLB for a lesser suspension, Cornwell added,
"No, it did not happen". Whatever. Just go.
