Stephen Drew Cleared For Baseball Activities

Red Sox shortstop Stephen Drew has been cleared to resume baseball activities in the wake of his beaning back on March 7th. Since that date, he has been experience concussion-like symptoms. After passing a battery of tests, Drew returned to the field on Thursday. However, he is still likely to start the regular season on the disabled list. He will participate in minor league games only for the balance of the Grapefruit League season. Jose Iglesias will start the season at shortstop for Boston.
