Red Sox May Be Set To Deal Relievers To Texas

Bailey Arlington-Bound?
The Texas Rangers are on the prowl for relief pitching. After signing the likes of Derek Lowe and bringing up a bunch of kids, the team realized they are in desperate need of bullpen help. Red Sox scouts were at yesterday's Rangers-Oakland game to look at what Texas has to offer. The Rangers are also considering trading for Empire nutcase Joba Chamberlain (which would make Kevin Youkilis' life a lot easier—by the way, Youk turns 34 years old today). Stay tuned for an imminent move of some of the surplus in the Boston 'pen (Alfredo Aceves, Andrew Bailey, etc.).

  1. Looking over the relief pitching I have to wonder if Ben-Cher got things mixed up. He should have let Aceves go and keep Atchison, rather then the other way around. Atchison had a good arm, put in a lot of innings, and had a much better ERA.
Another screw up - like Drew, Victorino, etc.????
