JBJ Update: Single, Now Hitting .536 (15 For 28)

In our ongoing quest to get Jackie Bradley Jr. onto the 2013 Red Sox roster, we herewith report on his performance from yesterday's game against the Blue Jays. In his only at-bat, Bradley singled. He is now 15 for 28 on the Spring and hitting .536. He has a .629 on-base percentage and an OPS of 1.343. He is slugging .714. His fifteen hits have included two doubles and a HR. We realize that these are only Spring Training statistics. But, it's really more than just the numbers that convinces us Bradley is ready for the big time. It's his maturity and leadership skills as well. With each passing day, it seems that 'the powers that be' are more accepting of the idea that he needs to come north with the team.
