Buy A Ballpark For $9.7M; Get A House, Too!

Home Field Advantage
First of all, you have to want to live in the Atlanta, Georgia area. We're sure it's very nice there, but, frankly, it's not our cup of grits. But if you've always wanted to buy an actual ballpark, you might want to consider plunking down some bonus money on this piece of property. The ballfield comes with a pretty snazzy house (see pic)—with a helicopter pad and a greenhouse. And if you're a lefty, you can probably knock a few out in right field.
