the team has named long-time employee Victor Rodriguez as "assistant hitting coach". Apparently, the job of keeping a handful of baseball players focused on hitting a white spheroid is just too much for
Greg Colbrun. Please. Rodriguez was the Latin Field Coordinator his first three years with the organization, and has been Minor League Coordinator for the last six years.
