Florida Scandal: Green Monster II Too High

Red Sox principal owner John Henry revealed that the Green Monster in left field at the new jetBlue Park at Fenway South is too high. Instead of replicating the height of the true Green Monster (37 feet), the ersatz wall is 40 feet—three feet too high. The reason? Perhaps after watching his beloved Liverpool side lose to Arsenal (we have no clue what any of this means), Henry revealed that "something happened" during construction. Really? What insight on the part of the Forbes List Billionaire!

How many potential home runs, Mr. Speaker, will be lost because of this clear engineering mistake? Think of the children, Mr. Speaker! Hopefully, the relevant Lee County authorities will launch a "green ribbon" investigation.
