Red Sox-Yankee Game Moved From 1:05 PM to 7:05 Due To Heavy NYC Rains

The remnants for Hurricane Florence have forced the delay of today's Red Sox-Yankee match-up from 1:05 PM to 7:05 PM. Heavy rains are expected in the New York metropolitan area for much of the day—although things should clear out by the new game time. Boston enjoys a comfortable 11.5 game lead over The Bronx Embalmers—and a win tonight would clinch the American League East division title for The Carmine Hose. The original start time was intended to accommodate for Yom Kippur—the holiest day of the year in Judaism—which begins this evening.
