According to multiple reports,
there are "several" teams interested in signing now-free-agent Hanley Ramirez to a deal. Not surprisingly, most of the teams in the mix are American League squads—who could use Hanley's offensive potential without his defensive downsides. You would
think that teams on the cusp of contention would be most interested, but the loudest chatter is coming from Camden Yards.
Mark Trumbo and
Pedro Alvarez have shared
most of the DH duties for the Orioles so far. You'd have to think that Hanley—
at least against left-handers—would be a
much better option for
The Sons Of Buck Showalter. Stay tuned!
